The cuisine immerses you in the everyday life of the people the chef came across from the different regions of India. The philosophy is a cuisine enriched with the emotions, taste, and flavor of the food he tasted and learned from his pan-India travels.
Deb's is where you can come with a group of friends or family for a light tapas or a sturdy meal to your heart's content. Maybe just have a cup of tea or an apero and relax on the couch.
Deb's menu changes every week , with concept BRUNCH on Saturdays. The concept of brunch is inspired by different regions, festivals and seasons of India. And as mentioned, it changes every week.
You can quench your thirst with our array of local beer, wine and fusion cocktails with Indian spices and herbs or may be with our authentic Indian origin coffee and tea.
"As the owner and head chef of Deb's I not only welcome all to my kitchen, but also to my experiences, stories and essentially to my life and tryst with food.
It is my story of traveling through Europe to discover other culinary cultures, fuse it with my deep rooted Indian culinary experiences to offer a wide array of novelty Indian dishes that is authentic yet original . After I graduated with a master's degree in management and culinary leadership from Institute Paul Bocuse, I have decided to pay tribute to my origins and show my gratitude to Lyon by opening my restaurant in Lyon.
